The lucky ticket matches the five numbers of 1, 10, 16, 38 and 39; the Bonus Ball was 24. Lottery officials urge the winner to sign the back of the top-prize winning ticket and put it in a safe place. The winner has 182 days to claim the prize and must come in person to Lottery headquarters at 1800 Washington Blvd. in Baltimore.
This is the 29th top-prize winning Bonus Match 5 ticket sold in 2022. The lucky retailer located at 401 East Main Street in Frostburg is also a winner. The Lottery will give the Allegany County store a bonus of $500 for selling the ticket.

Players must redeem prizes larger than $25,000 by mail or at Lottery headquarters in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330 in Baltimore. The Lottery’s Claims Center in Baltimore is open by appointment only (no walk-ins). Click HERE to schedule an appointment. Winners can also drop off a winning ticket along with a completed claim form and copies of their photo ID and proof of Social Security/Tax ID number in the Lottery drop box in the Montgomery Park Business Center lobby.
