NEW YORK – The NYPD is asking for the public’s help finding a suspect accused of striking a 73-year-old man with an object during a dispute on a Manhattan subway platform.

The assault happened around 11:30 a.m. Aug. 14 near Seventh Avenue and West 28th Street, according to NYPD Crime Stoppers. Police said the confrontation took place on the northbound 1 train platform.
