PHILADELPHIA, PA – A severe stabbing incident occurred at the intersection of 29th Street and York Street in the 22nd District shortly after midnight. A 48-year-old female was attacked and stabbed multiple times across her body.

Emergency responders transported the victim to Temple Hospital via Medic 25. She is reported to be in stable condition despite the severity of her injuries.

Currently, no arrest has been made, and no weapon has been recovered in connection with the stabbing. The Central Detective Division (CDD) has taken the lead on the investigation, which continues as authorities seek information and evidence to help identify the assailant.
