BALTIMORE, MD — A woman was critically injured Wednesday evening after being shot in the head while inside a vehicle in South Baltimore, police confirmed.

The shooting occurred around 6:39 p.m. on April 23 in the 2400 block of Cedley Street. Responding officers arrived at the scene to find the 31-year-old female victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head.
