Clarion, Pennsylvania — A Pennsylvania Lottery player won $492,970 with a top prize Fast Play ticket purchased in Clarion County on Saturday, according to state lottery officials.

The winning ticket, part of the Money Tree Fast Play game, was sold at the Kwik Fill located on Route 68 in Clarion. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the ticket that claimed the progressive jackpot.

Money Tree is a $20 Fast Play game with progressive top prizes starting at $400,000. The jackpot grows with each ticket sold until a player claims it, after which the prize resets and begins to accumulate again. Unlike traditional scratch-off games, Fast Play tickets print instantly at the point of sale and require no scratching or waiting for a drawing.

The identity of the prizewinner has not yet been released. To claim prizes, players must sign the back of their ticket and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481. All prizes must be claimed within one year of the purchase date.

The win marks one of the latest large Fast Play jackpots claimed in Pennsylvania’s growing portfolio of instant lottery games.

Jackpot resets after weekend win

Following Saturday’s win, the progressive top prize in Money Tree has reset to its base value. Fast Play tickets are available at both staffed counters and self-service vending machines throughout the state.

Players can check tickets manually, scan them at any Lottery retailer, or use the Ticket Checker feature on the Pennsylvania Lottery’s official mobile app. All winnings over $5,000 are subject to applicable state and federal tax withholdings.
