ELDERSBURG, MD – Maryland State Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man found earlier this week in Carroll County. The unidentified male is African American, weighs about 140 pounds, and is five feet, six inches tall.

He was last seen in the Eldersburg area, potentially near the Jiffy Lube. This individual was admitted to a local hospital for treatment on Sunday, October 5, at around 1:50 p.m. He is unable to recall his identity.

Authorities urge anyone with information on this individual to contact the Maryland State Police Westminster Barrack at 410-386-3001.

The search for information regarding the man continues as police attempt to piece together more about his circumstances. Social media platforms have been utilized to spread awareness of the situation.
