Search underway for missing 54-year-old man last seen in Silver Spring
SILVER SPRING, MD – Authorities in Montgomery County are asking for the public’s help in locating 54-year-old Robert McKendree, who was reported missing early Saturday morning from the Silver Spring area.
McKendree was last seen around 5 a.m. on Saturday in the 8300 block of Barron Street. He is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds, with dark hair and brown eyes. His clothing at the time of his disappearance is unknown.
The Montgomery County Police Department has released a photo of McKendree in hopes that someone may recognize him and provide information about his whereabouts.
Investigators have not indicated whether foul play is suspected or if McKendree may be in danger, but are urging anyone who has seen him or has relevant information to contact their 24-hour non-emergency line at (301) 279-8000.
