QUEENS, NY – Three beloved New York brands — P.J. Clarke’s, For Five Coffee Roasters, and Brooklyn Brewery — are preparing to make their airport debut at John F. Kennedy International Airport’s new $4.2 billion Terminal 6, opening in 2026.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and JFK Millennium Partners announced the additions Thursday, calling the lineup a key piece of the airport’s $19 billion redevelopment plan.

Officials said the new concessions will bring “a uniquely New York sense of place” to travelers passing through one of the world’s busiest airports.

Key Points

  • P.J. Clarke’s, For Five Coffee, and Brooklyn Brewery will open first airport locations at JFK’s Terminal 6 in 2026
  • The new terminal is part of the Port Authority’s $19 billion JFK modernization project
  • Terminal 6 will feature over a dozen dining options and a large food hall under an 80-foot skylight

New York flavor takes flight

Port Authority Executive Director Rick Cotton said the inclusion of local favorites will make Terminal 6 a true reflection of New York’s culture. “There is no place like New York,” Cotton said. “These notable businesses will help Terminal 6 reflect that unique New York energy.”

Terminal 6, currently under construction, will open its first phase in 2026 and include more than a dozen dining options. The final phase is expected to be completed in 2028, serving airlines such as JetBlue, Lufthansa, SWISS, ANA, and Cathay Pacific.

P.J. Clarke’s, the legendary Manhattan saloon founded in 1884, will anchor the terminal’s dining area just steps from the gates. The menu will feature signature items such as lobster rolls, steak frites, and beer-battered fish and chips.

Across the main concourse, For Five Coffee Roasters, founded by two Queens natives, will serve its signature Gotham Mocha, The Louie cold brew, and pumpkin spice lattes in a modern café setting. Both venues will be operated by SSP America.

Brooklyn Brewery brings craft beer to the terminal

Brooklyn Brewery, founded in Williamsburg in 1988, will open its first-ever airport bar inside the Terminal 6 east food hall, managed by M&R Concessions. The bar will sit beside Di Fara Pizza and Alidoro under a dramatic 80-foot skylight, offering travelers a signature Brooklyn atmosphere with brews like Brooklyn Lager, East IPA, and new non-alcoholic selections.

Transforming JFK into a global gateway

Port Authority Chairman Kevin O’Toole said the Terminal 6 expansion is designed to provide passengers with “the world-class experience travelers expect.” JFK Millennium Partners CEO Steve Thody called the new concessions “a celebration of all things New York City.”

The first six gates of Terminal 6 are scheduled to open in 2026, with full completion by 2028 — marking a major step in JFK’s transformation into a modern global gateway defined by its home city’s distinctive character and cuisine.
