Bullskin Township store sells $300K jackpot winner
Bullskin Township, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a jackpot-winning Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket worth $300,000 after matching all five numbers drawn in Tuesday night’s drawing.
The ticket was sold at Honey Bear Mini Mart, located at 2506 Memorial Boulevard in Bullskin Township, Fayette County. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The winning numbers drawn on October 21 were 23, 34, 36, 37, and 39. The $300,000 prize amount is subject to applicable withholding.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, winners are not identified until the prize is claimed and the ticket is validated. Players have one year from the date of the drawing to claim the Cash 5 prize. Any prizes associated with the Quick Cash add-on must also be claimed within one year of the purchase date.
In addition to the jackpot winner, more than 7,300 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets won prizes in the same drawing. Lottery officials are reminding players to check all tickets and claim lower-tier prizes at any authorized retailer.
