28-year-old man fatally shot in Northeast Baltimore just after midnight

Baltimore, MD — A man was shot and killed early Sunday morning on Rosalie Avenue in Northeast Baltimore, as homicide detectives search for leads in the city’s latest fatal shooting.

At approximately 12:01 a.m. on December 7, Northeast District officers responded to the 3000 block of Rosalie Avenue after receiving reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a 28-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body.

Medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control of the investigation. No suspect information or motive has been released at this time.
