NEW YORK, NY — Three winning Powerball tickets, each worth $50,000, were sold across New York for the December 15 drawing, with prizes claimed in Manhattan, Queens, and the Finger Lakes region.
According to the New York Lottery, the third-prize-winning tickets were sold at three separate locations: Players Cafe at 241 Bleecker St. in Manhattan, Bliss Convenience at 47-19 Queens Blvd. in Sunnyside, and 7-Eleven at 814 N Franklin St. in Watkins Glen.
Each ticket matched four of the five white balls and the red Powerball, qualifying for the $50,000 third-tier prize. The drawing took place Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
