PASSAIC-Three men were strolling down Broadway in Passaic, New Jersey today before they were stopped by police and charged with criminal violations for breaking Murphy’s Law, a series of executive orders signed by Governor Phil Murphy to restrict essentially all activity of residents of the Garden State.
They had no legitimate purpose to walk, according to police, at 3 am in the morning.
Guillermo Bonifacio, 18, Gabriel Lopez, 19, and Jovanny Santos, 19, all of Passaic, were charged with violating the emergency orders after the Passaic Police found them walking along Broadway shortly after 3 a.m. without a legitimate purpose.
