BALTIMORE, MD — A months-long investigation into multiple indecent exposure incidents in Southeast Baltimore has resulted in the arrest of a Harford County man, and detectives believe there could be additional victims.
The Baltimore Police Department announced that 49-year-old Jason S. Morgan was arrested in connection with multiple indecent exposure incidents reported in the Southeast District during June and July.
According to police, Morgan was apprehended at a residence in Harford County and transported to the Harford County Detention Center.
He has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure.
Detectives said the investigation remains active as they work to determine whether Morgan may be connected to additional incidents in the area.
The charges are allegations, and Morgan is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
