ESSEX COUNTY, N.J. — A 54-year-old man faces criminal restraint, aggravated assault and weapons charges following his arrest in Essex County, according to correctional records.
Santos Vanegas was arrested Sunday, Sept. 13. The publicly available booking information does not identify the municipality where the alleged incident occurred or describe the circumstances leading to his arrest.
Vanegas faces multiple assault charges
Correctional records list Vanegas as charged with criminal restraint under circumstances creating a risk of serious bodily injury to the victim.
