BELMAR, NJ – Today’s featured Jersey Shore lunch spot is Sonny’s Grille in Belmar, located in the Belmar Plaza behind the train station.  The Belmar Plaza is becoming one of the Jersey Shore’s dining hot spots, but hands down, Sonny’s is one of the best places to grab a burger or a hot dog.  Sonny’s is known for its delicious handcrafted hamburgers and signature hot dogs with about two dozen listed on their menu from the Springsteen Dog to the deep-fried Belmar Dog.

Dirty water dogs, jumbo dogs anyone? What about Sonny’s famous Italian hot dog that has two deep-fried hot dogs smothered in fried potatoes, peppers, and onions on panini bread.   Sonny’s is the ultimate lunch stop at the Jersey Shore if you happen to be in the Belmar area.  Sonny’s offers a huge menu with choices for everyone. Don’t forget to start with their crispy golden onion rings or deep-fried pickle chips.

You can visit their website or call 732-749-3953.  You can also order online with DoorDash.
