PORTLAND – On Sunday, March 28, 2021, at 8:32 a.m., officers from the Central Precinct responded to a shooting in a wooded area near Southwest Barbur Blvd and Southwest Capital Hwy. Upon their arrival, officers located a victim who was deceased.
