BALTIMORE, MD – On July 28, 2021, at approximately 12:34 a.m., Western District patrol officers were called to the 2100 block of West Saratoga Street in reference to a Shot Spotter alert. Upon officer’s arrival, they located a 15-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in critical but stable condition.
