CURTICE, OHIO – Darrell Witty of Curtice is celebrating a $10,000 win on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Lady Luck.

After mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent, Darrell will receive $7,200.

Darrell purchased his winning ticket at JJ’s Mini Mart, located at 4101 Woodville Rd. in Northwood.
