Baltimore Police Make Arrest in Murder of 33 Year-Old Man

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department have made an arrest in the murder of a 33 year-old man that took place on July 26th in the Northeast section. Police have arrested 20 year-old Rakim Muhammad Jr., of Baltimore.

Muhammed was arrested on August 4th and charged with 1st and 2nd degree murder. Police believe Muhammed shot and killed Earnest Jackson.

Police say, β€œAt approximately 10:41 p.m., officers responded to the 3200 block of Fenwick Avenue for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a 33-year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper torso. The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital by Baltimore City medics where he died a short time later.”
