This tiny little princess is Trixie, a 3 1/2 year old chihuahua that is hoping for a loving home of her own. Trixie had a home, but was turned in when her owner could no longer care for her. Little Trixie had an upper respiratory infection, hernia, and some other things that needed medical treatment when she first arrived, but now she is healthy, happy, and ready to move on. Trixie is such a delicate little girl that is prim and proper, and the type to turn her nose up at getting her feet wet. She is such a happy little girl that never stops wiggling and wagging her tiny tail. She absolutely loves to be held and cuddled and is the perfect lap dog. Trixie enjoys a little walk here and there, but she is also content to make a nest out of some blankets and curl up for a while and get some attention. She is super sweet and just loves people. She is a bit shy when she first meets new people, but she warms up very quickly. Trixie is fine with other well behaved, quiet pets, and would love a relaxed home where there is not a lot of commotion. This little darling is so excited to start her life over again…..she just needs a great family to start over with. File#24015 10/8/14
