PORT JERVIS, NY – Three men from Western Orange County have been recently arrested after a month-long investigation into narcotics trafficking.
Tony Caperna, 38, Anthony J. Cuttler, 38, and Jesse W. Johnson, 28, were apprehended as a result of a collaborative operation between Port Jervis City Police, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, and several other law enforcement agencies.
The investigation led to the seizure of 114 grams of cocaine, 88 grams of suspected Fentanyl packaged in pill form, 12 Suboxone Sublingual films, a digital scale, packaging materials, and a quantity of United States Currency.
All three suspects now face a range of drug-related charges and are being held without bail.
