ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit was summoned to Etna on Thursday following a report of an unresponsive one-year-old child on the 30 block of Sycamore Street. County 911 received the distress call around 3:39 pm.
First responders conducted lifesaving measures and transported the critically ill child to a nearby hospital. Preliminary findings suggest an accidental drowning
. An investigation is currently underway.
