CHERRY HILL, NJ – On August 16, the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) was underway conducting routine operations. Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class David Rowe, from Cherry Hill, N.J., was captured in a photograph while taking video during a visual information personnel drill aboard the ship.
The image, taken by Petty Officer 3rd Class Brittney Camacho-Pietri, provides a glimpse into the daily operations and preparedness exercises carried out by the crew of the USS Nimitz.
The USS Nimitz continues its deployment, maintaining readiness and fulfilling its mission in the Pacific Ocean.
