On July 11, at approximately 1:30pm, an employee of JCP&L contacted the Jackson Police Department, looking for assistance. The JCP&L employee indicated when she arrived at a residence on Grawtown Road to turn off the electricity; someone came outside yelling and screaming, followed by the person punching the vehicle the JCP&L employee was operating. With the assistance of Officer Wasnesky, the electricity was turned off and the meter was locked.
