Abbotstown, PA – A Maryland man facing sex crime charges was apprehended in Pennsylvania after police responded to a dog bite incident on Tuesday. Jeffrey Garcia, 31, of Rockville, MD, was found at the scene and discovered to be wanted on two warrants for sex assault from Maryland. He was arrested without issue and taken for arraignment at Adams County Prison.
