Ellicott City, MD – Andre Thomas Duffie, 52, of Baltimore, faces charges of armed robbery, robbery, second-degree assault, and theft in Howard County. Duffie is currently in custody without bond following a series of incidents in which he allegedly targeted Royal Farms and CVS stores.
After responding to three armed robberies on Sunday, May 5, detectives were able to track down the suspect’s vehicle, leading to a low-speed pursuit and eventual arrest just after 6 p.m. in Baltimore. Authorities are exploring potential links between Duffie and other recent robberies in Howard and neighboring counties.
