A New Super Luxury Bowling and Mini-Golf Adventure is Coming to New Jersey

EDISON, N.J. — Albatross, promoted as the world’s largest indoor-themed mini putting and luxury bowling destination, will hold its grand opening celebration on Wednesday, June 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a press release issued Thursday.

The new 50,000-square-foot entertainment venue is located at 991 US-1 in Edison, adjacent to Supercharged Entertainment New Jersey. The opening event is expected to feature appearances by state officials, local leaders, and special guests to mark the debut of what the company calls a “groundbreaking” concept in the leisure and nightlife industry.

Albatross combines several forms of indoor entertainment under one roof, including mini putting, luxury bowling lanes, craft cocktails, dining, and late-night social experiences. The venue is the latest expansion by Supercharged Entertainment, which launched its Edison location in 2022 with the world’s largest indoor multi-level go-karting track.

“We are thrilled to celebrate the upcoming grand opening of Albatross— a one-of-a-kind destination,” said Stephen Sangermano, president of Supercharged Entertainment, in the release. “With indoor putting, luxury bowling, exceptional craft cocktails, and dining, plus vibrant nightlife and entertainment—all under one roof—Albatross redefines the meaning of play and leisure.”

Albatross aims to expand regional entertainment footprint

Albatross is expected to attract visitors from across New Jersey and neighboring states with its large footprint and broad offerings. The development reflects a trend in destination entertainment venues blending multiple attractions in a single location to create full-day experiences.

The opening in Edison marks the concept’s first U.S. location. No additional sites have been announced, though the company’s earlier project in the same area has drawn high traffic since its debut.

The grand opening will be open to invited guests, media, and officials, with regular public operations likely to begin shortly after the event. Albatross has not released further information regarding pricing or reservation requirements.
