Abducted Baby Found Safe in Baltimore; Suspect Arrested

Baltimore, MD — A 1-year-old boy who was abducted in Southwest Baltimore on Thursday has been found safe, and a suspect is now in custody.

Derrick Caraballero was last seen around 6:30 p.m. with an unidentified white woman driving a gray Volkswagen Passat in the 300 block of South Norris Street, located in the New Southwest/Mount Clare neighborhood, according to police reports.

At approximately 8:40 p.m., police confirmed that Derrick had been safely located and the suspect apprehended.
