Cumberland, MD- The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office in Maryland is actively accepting donations for North Carolina Disaster Relief efforts until Friday. Contributions can be made from 8 AM to 4 PM each day until the deadline.

Storage totes are identified as the primary need to aid in both transport and storage of materials. Community members are urged to donate these items to support disaster relief operations effectively. Other donations are welcomed as well to contribute to the overall aid efforts.

Two locations are designated for drop-off: the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office at 695 Kelly Road, Cumberland, and the Allegany County Detention Center located at 14300 McMullen Highway, Cumberland. Residents are encouraged to utilize these locations to deliver their donations promptly.
