Amber Alert: Stamford police search for missing 13-year-old girl, suspect possible criminal activity

STAMFORD, Conn. — The Stamford Police Department is actively searching for 13-year-old Caterine Munoz-Rojas, who was last seen on December 26, 2024, and may be the victim of criminal activity, authorities announced Wednesday.

Police say Caterine was last seen leaving her home with an unidentified male riding a black motorcycle with unknown registration. Detectives believe she may still be in Stamford’s west side, particularly around Leone Park, or possibly in West Haven, where she has known connections.

The department’s Special Investigations Juvenile Offenses (SIJO) Office is leading the investigation.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Caterine’s whereabouts to contact Detective E. Guerra or the SIJO Office at 203-977-4639, or Stamford Police Dispatch at 203-977-4444.
