Amherst Resident Claims $100K Powerball Prize

AMHERST, OH—A Powerball player has stepped forward to claim a $100,000 prize from the April 10 drawing. The winner successfully matched four out of five numbers plus the Powerball, thanks to her personally selected numbers and the addition of Power Play, which doubled her winnings.

The fortunate ticket was purchased at Discount Drug Mart #02, situated at 300 Leavitt Road in Amherst. The winning numbers for this draw were 6, 7, 12, 24, 36 with Powerball 15 and Power Play 02.

Additionally, another prize from the same drawing was claimed by a second winner. This ticket, which matched four of the five numbers and the Powerball, earned a $50,000 reward. It was sold at Sinking Spring 1st Stop #58, located in Highland County, Ohio.
