SCHENECTADY, NY – Police are asking for help identifying a suspect at the center of an active animal cruelty investigation, and a $1,000 reward is now on the table for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
The Schenectady Police Department, working with the New York State Humane Association (NYSHA), released the plea for public assistance on Friday, urging anyone with knowledge about the case to come forward.
