ANNAPOLIS, MD — Expect delays around Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium Sunday morning as the annual Annapolis 10-Mile Run gets underway at 7 a.m.

Anne Arundel County police will be stationed along the route directing traffic, but temporary closures and slow-downs are guaranteed in a few key bottlenecks:

• Naval Academy Bridge / MD 450: Traffic heading south off the Route 50 Exit 27 ramp will face tight backups.
• B&A Boulevard (MD 648): Expect heavy delays and intermittent holds as runners move through the area.

If you have to travel through the city early Sunday, build in extra time or detour around the stadium area entirely. Detailed course maps and specific road closure times are posted on the RunSignup event page.
