Armed robbery and shooting in Baltimore sparks search for suspect

BALTIMORE, Md. — Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed commercial robbery that ended in a shooting Monday night in the city’s Western District.

The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on July 28 in the 500 block of West Mulberry Street. Police said the individual, captured on video, committed an armed robbery and aggravated assault by shooting-at during the incident.

Citywide Robbery detectives are leading the investigation and have released surveillance video of the suspect.
