Armed Robbery in D.C. Caught On Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the D.C. Metro Police Department are looking for suspects involved in an armed robbery in the 2500 block of Sheridan Road in Southeast D.C.

The incident took place on Friday morning, around 10:00 a.m. The suspects, armed with a firearm, confronted the victim and demanded their belongings. After obtaining the victim’s property, the suspects escaped the scene on foot.

Surveillance cameras in the area captured images of the suspects. The Metropolitan Police Department is now seeking assistance from the public to identify these individuals.

The police urge anyone with information about the suspects or the robbery not to approach the suspects but to immediately contact the police at (202) 727-9099. Information can also be sent anonymously via text to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
