NEW YORK, NY – A 41-year-old male was the victim of an armed robbery on Tuesday in front of 518A Halsey Street. Two unidentified men approached the victim, brandishing a firearm and forcibly taking his belongings, which included a cell phone, wallet, and a book bag containing a laptop, with a total estimated value of $845.

The assailants were last observed fleeing west on Halsey Street, leaving the victim physically unharmed. Descriptions of the suspects have been released: the first is about 5’10” tall with a medium complexion and build, facial hair, last seen wearing a maroon hooded jacket, dark blue jeans, and gray sneakers. The second is around 5’8” tall with a medium complexion, heavy build, facial hair, last seen in a black and white skull cap, black varsity jacket, black pants, and black shoes.
