Wellsville, NY – Wellsville Police arrested Brian B. King, 57, on Sunday and charged him with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the first degree, which is a Class D Felony.

The arrest is linked to an incident that occurred on North Main Street. Following his arrest, King was processed by the police.

He was then transported to the Allegany County Jail. King is awaiting arraignment in CAP Court.

He will appear in the Wellsville Village Court at a future date.
