ALEXANDRIA, Va. – A 20-year-old employee at a popular Old Town bakery is facing criminal charges after police say he secretly recorded multiple people, including children, in an employee restroom.
Police identified the suspect as Joshua Hombrebueno, an employee of Gustave Boulangerie on King Street.
Authorities said Hombrebueno surrendered to police through his attorney and was taken into custody without incident earlier today.

Police said the footage included recordings of both adults and minors, leading to a wider investigation into the extent of the privacy violations. Detectives removed the device and secured digital evidence that is now being reviewed by forensic specialists.
Suspect turns himself in
Hombrebueno turned himself in to Alexandria Police earlier Thursday after a warrant was issued for his arrest. Officials said the warrant was served without incident and that he is cooperating through counsel.
