Baltimore Police Capture Suspect in Tiffany Court Shooting

BALTIMORE, Aug. 16, 2024 — A suspect has been arrested in connection with a homicide that took place in Baltimore’s Western District on August 10, according to the Baltimore Police Department.

Investigators have identified the suspect as 41-year-old Mandaria Jessup. Jessup is accused of fatally shooting 49-year-old Sean Henson Sr. in a residence located in the 1100 block of Tiffany Court.

On August 13, Jessup voluntarily surrendered to authorities at the Baltimore Police Headquarters, located at 601 East Fayette Street. The arrest was made without incident, according to the department.

Following his surrender, Jessup was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder. The investigation remains ongoing.
