BALTIMORE, Md. — Police are asking for the public’s help to locate 36-year-old Estrella Rivera, who was reported missing Tuesday from the 1300 block of Asbury Road.

Authorities say Rivera is considered a vulnerable adult and is believed to be suicidal. Her clothing description was not immediately available.

Family and investigators are concerned for Rivera’s safety and are urging anyone who may have seen her or has information on her whereabouts to come forward.
