BALTIMORE, MD — Baltimore police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man in connection with the 2021 homicide of Jhosy Partillo, authorities announced.

The homicide occurred on August 17, 2021, in the 3400 block of East Baltimore Street. Detectives are looking to identify and locate the man seen in a recently released photo, whom they believe may have information relevant to the investigation.
