BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A 39-year-old woman is recovering from gunshot wounds following an incident early on Feb. 2, 2024, in Northeast Baltimore.
Northeast District patrol officers were dispatched to a local hospital around 12:32 a.m. after receiving a report of a shooting victim who had arrived for treatment. Upon arrival, they discovered the woman with gunshot injuries that were determined to be non-life-threatening.
The investigation revealed that the shooting took place in the 5000 block of Midwood Avenue. Detectives are now urging anyone with knowledge of the event to come forward and contact the Northeast District at 410-396-2444 or to leave an anonymous tip with Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
