Borough Ordinance Prohibits Sleeping in Vehicles
LACEY TWP, NJ – On Thursday, August 10th, a 33-year-old man from Lacey Twp was found sleeping in his vehicle during a security check at a Borough park. The individual was informed about the Borough’s ordinance against sleeping or living in vehicles and was released without incident.
