Bicycle-riding Suspect Arrested for Sexual Assaults Across Northwest D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit has announced the arrest of 46-year-old Daniel Adam Grob from Riverdale, Maryland, on multiple misdemeanor sexual abuse charges. The incidents, which took place across different locations in the District, involved Grob engaging in non-consensual sexual contact with victims before fleeing each scene on a bicycle.

The series of offenses date back to June 16, 2022, with the most recent incident occurring on November 8, 2023. The locations of these incidents span various blocks within Northwest D.C., including K Street, New Hampshire Avenue, 17th Street, L Street, I Street, and others.

Following a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, Grob was arrested on December 22, 2023.
