Biden Supreme Court Nominee Blackburn when asked to define a woman: I’m not a biologist

March 24, 2022

President Joe Biden has nominated a black woman to be the next Supreme Court Justice, but on Wednesday, that woman had trouble when it came to defining the word woman.

When asked if she could define the word ‘woman’, Joe Biden Supreme Court Nominee Ketaji Brown responded to Senator Marsha Blackburn, saying “I’m not a biologist”.

“Can I provide a definition? No,” Brown said. “I can’t. Not in this context, I’m not a biologist.”

Blackburn asked Brown if the word woman was too controversial to give a definition.

“In my work as a judge, what I do is I address disputes, if there is a dispute about a definition, people make arguments and I look at the law and I decide,” she responded.

“The fact that you can’t give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is, underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about,” Blackburn responded.
