Break-In and Theft at Naz’s Halal Food in Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A commercial burglary occurred at Naz’s Halal Food on Smoketown Road, prompting police intervention in the early hours of Saturday morning. Officers arrived at the scene at 4:34 AM on July 28 to assess the situation.

The investigation uncovered that an intruder had forcibly entered the business by breaking the glass portion of the front door. After gaining access, the suspect stole money from the cash register and exited through the rear door.

Despite a thorough search by a police K-9 unit, the suspect remains at large. He was last seen wearing dark-colored clothing and a mask. No injuries were reported in the incident.
