BROOKLYN, NY – The New York Lottery has confirmed that a top-prize winning ticket for the TAKE 5 EVENING drawing was sold at Exclusive Wines & Liquors at 5704 Clarendon Rd in Brooklyn.

The ticket’s value is $33,686.50.

Winners can claim their TAKE 5 prizes for up to one year after the drawing, which happens twice daily.
