Chicago Police Seeking to Identify John Doe Toddler Found Abandoned Near 107th Street

CHICAGO, IL – The Chicago Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying a young male child, approximately 2-3 years old, found wandering alone near 105 W. 107th Street at about 1:30 AM. Registered under RD# JG547827, the child was transported to Roseland Hospital for a medical evaluation and appeared to be healthy with no signs of physical abuse.

The child is described as male, Hispanic, 3 feet tall, weighing 31 pounds, with dark brown straight hair, a light complexion, and hazel eyes. Notably, he was found without shoes or pants and only speaks Spanish. Efforts to locate his parents through a follow-up canvass have been unsuccessful so far.

The Chicago Police Department urges anyone who recognizes this child or has any information that could assist in locating his parents to immediately call 911 or contact the Area Two Special Victims Unit at (312) 747-8274
