Baltimore man takes bullet on Christian Street

BALTIMORE, MD — A man was shot and wounded Sunday afternoon in Southwest Baltimore, prompting a shooting investigation by city detectives.

At approximately 12:26 p.m. on June 8, officers responded to the 1900 block of Christian Street for reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered a 25-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. His condition has not been updated.

Detectives seek leads in Southwest shooting

Southwest District Shooting Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident. No suspects have been publicly identified.
