COLUMBIA, Md. — The Howard County Police Department is investigating a suspicious circumstance at Rocky Gorge Reservoir, where clothing was discovered near the water in the Scott’s Cove Recreation Area.

Authorities conducted an extensive search following the discovery, but no individuals were located in the vicinity. According to police, there are no preliminary signs of foul play.
